Price Match Program – Terms & Conditions:

1. Overview
   Our Price Match Program is designed to ensure customers receive competitive pricing on eligible products. If you find a lower price from an approved retailer, we may match that price subject to the terms below.

2. Eligible Retailers
   Price matches are only available for products sold by the following approved retailers: [Insert Eligible Retailers]
   We reserve the right to update or modify the list of eligible retailers at any time without prior notice.

3. Submission Requirements
   To request a price match, customers must submit the following through our designated chat feature: a direct link to the identical product listed by the eligible retailer, a screenshot clearly showing the product and lower price, and any additional information reasonably requested to validate the claim. All submissions are subject to verification prior to approval.

4. Product Eligibility
   To qualify for a price match, the item must be identical (same brand, model, size, specifications, etc.), in stock and available for immediate purchase from the eligible retailer, not customized, private label, or branded specifically for another retailer, and must display our Price Match Guarantee icon at the time of purchase.

5. Pricing Exclusions
   The following pricing scenarios are not eligible for price matching: promotional, clearance, liquidation, flash sale, or limited-time offers; pricing tied to coupons, rebates, membership programs, bundled offers, or financing incentives; pricing that varies based on user behavior, location, cookies, or browsing mode (including incognito or similar dynamic pricing tactics); and pricing errors, misprints, or bait-and-switch or come-on pricing strategies. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a competitor’s price is valid and eligible for matching.

6. Program Limitations
   Price match requests must be submitted and approved prior to purchase. We do not offer retroactive price matching after a purchase has been completed. Approved price matches apply only to the specific transaction and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

7. Right to Deny or Modify
   We reserve the right to deny any price match request at our sole discretion, limit quantities per customer or transaction, and modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.

8. General Terms
   Participation in the Price Match Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Additional restrictions may apply.
